Publisher’s description

Utilizing Design of experiment (DOE) has been standard procedure in optimizing procedures in many industrial and engineering fields. Applications in biotech have been limited until recently. Analysis of DOE experiments tends to be data- and statistics-rich, which in case was further compounded by the volume of data from one single microarray experiment. The choice of JMP for data analysis proved to be indispensable in workflow and methodically evaluating the data to identify the correct conditions for testing MS autoantibodies in serum. The combination of JMP and DOE reduced workflow for assay optimization and proved to be much more efficient than sequential assay optimization with peptide microarrays.
