The client was running Oracle Applications 11.0.3 for Financials, Manufacturing, Distribution, Human Resources and Service 3i. To benefit from the latest Oracle E-Business technology, The Client decided to upgrade its current version of Oracle Applications to the latest release of Oracle Applications - R11i. The upgrade challenge involved an extremely aggressive timeline of 14 weeks with only 2 test upgrades for the entire suite of Financials, Manufacturing, Distribution, Human Resources, and CRM Service including Tools such as Noetix Views, Discoverer, Alert, and ADI. AlphaSoft Consulting Services was hired as the system integrator to implement the Oracle Applications R11i upgrade.
