It walks through related activities within Network Design, including Initial Network Analysis and Planning, Radio Network Design, and Expansion. The document gives an overview of how TEMS products can ease your work and improve the performance of a mobile network. Radio Design is a key factor for mobile network operators due to its large impact on an operator's business success. A high quality cell plan (how well the operator's business and fundamental plans are realized in a radio network solution) is fundamental for the operator to be able to provide a high quality service at a competitive cost level.
