The original owner of the Sex.com domain name has settled his lawsuit against VeriSign, ending a protracted battle over the transfer of the domain.
Storage specialist Optima Technology has filed a lawsuit against Network Solutions, alleging that the registrar gave away its domain name without its permission and so caused damage to its business.
