With Force.com Sites, customers can build, host, and allow individual users to customize a public Web page using Force.com technologies. Along with Parker Harris, Salesforce co-founder and executive vice president of technology, he demos the way New Jersey Transit uses Sites to keep their riders updated--even on the go with iPhones or Blackberrys.
