Field service engineers from technology vendor NCR have reached an agreement over an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) with the Australian Services Union (ASU).
NCR hopes to increase revenue in Australia and New Zealand by US$40 million over three years following the establishment of its Centre of Expertise for ATMs this year, which manages the ATM network for a -significant bank", two smaller ATM deployers in Australia and ten in Asia.
