Australian domain name regulator auDA is investigating a possible breach of policy following the launch of a controversial marketing campaign by Bottle Domains.
Accredited Australian domain name registrar, NetRegistry, has moved to back away from its own spokesperson's allegations that Australian domain name regulator auDA is incapable of "regulating its own backyard".
The court case between Australian domain administrator auDA and domain name seller Internet Registry has this morning been referred to mediation.
