IT services giant CSC today confirmed it would make a number of its Australian staff redundant as a result of the global financial crisis.
Perth-based electricity utility Western Power has handed another parcel of IT services work to US outsourcing giant CSC, this time relating to desktop services.
Victorian electricity distributor Powercor-CitiPower has signed a AU$17.8 million, five-year IT services contract with CSC.
CSC has been awarded an outsourcing contract worth up to AU$21 million by West Australian electricity provider Western Power.
update: Insurer Allianz Australia has re-signed CSC to manage its desktop services in an AU$8 million deal over three years.
