Like the other members of the team, Asher has a broad knowledge of the consumer technology industry but more specifically, the areas he likes to focus on include desktop computing and related technologies, mobile computing for consumers and mobile professionals including notebooks, PDAs and smart phones, home theatre technology, personal technology including MP3 players and portable video players and gaming. Asher is keen to receive the latest and greatest on new technologies relating to any of the areas he covers. He is best contacted on e-mail – asher.moses@cnet.com.au CNET.com.au also has an expanded team of freelancers for 2006 with David Braue, David Flynn and David McAmis on board covering news, features and reviews on the latest releases. You are, of course, free to contact individual editors about specific matters directly, but all press releases and invitations should be sent to cnetmedia@cnet.com.au. This ensures that the whole team is aware of your event or announcement. Although we have areas of specialisation, at times we need to allocate resources depending on workloads, so it’s best to use our editorial email so that the whole team is notified and nothing important slips through the cracks. CNET.com.au Editors’ Choice
Every product we review is eligible for an Editors' Choice award. An Editors' Choice award signifies a product that is the best of breed in its category, the standard by which all other similar products will be judged. An Editors' Choice product must change the competitive landscape of its market, whether through innovative features, exceptional value for the price, remarkable ease of use, or a demonstrable boost to users' productivity. If your products have been awarded this accolade and you are interested in using the logo for branding opportunities, please contact marketing@cnet.com.au CNET.com.au Video DriveCNET.com.au in 2006 will be focusing more and more on video coverage for local technology and product news and reviews.
