I have heard great things about Lotus Foundations too. At a recent networking event one of the IBM Lotus Partners in Melbourne was telling me about this product. It was described as an extremely cost effective and simple to set up and deploy system for small businesses.
I just Googled and found the March 2009 Press Release on this product.

This is an amazing way to free yourself from the plethora of Microsoft servers and services required for small to medium sized business.
The good: Having a fully fledged Lotus Domino server gives you access not only to standard things like mail and calendar but also to a huge variety of FREE applications (see http://www.openntf.org/) or, if you don't find what you're looking for, you can write your own.
The bad: The only con I can see is that it's harder to find people with Linux and Domino experience than it is for some of the competing systems. Of course, one of the aims of Foundations is actually to reduce the requirement for skilled technical people.
