QNAP TS-409 Pro NAS

The good:

Small unobtrusive form factor
Great features and functionality
Quiet in operation
Very simple to migrate up RAID levels
Value for money

The bad:

Extensive menu system mean finding some options is difficult
Slow data transfer rate

The bottomline:

The TS-409 is a robust, reasonably quick and well priced NAS that suites SOHO marketplace.
