This little black number is a true online UPS with automatic bypass. The LED's indicate the status of battery, A/C power, temperature, and the bypass feature. The line filter is unaffected by the bypass feature. The UPStation GXT fills only two rack units (RU) and may also be set up as a free standing unit, however it has only four 10A output sockets. The serial port can be supplemented by adding USB, SNMP, or multiport communications cards.
