While we're inclined to sail close to wind myself at times, I won't pass judgement on the minor differences in runtimes. I would have to say that the priorities of the given scenario are fairly close to my own heart and so I'm going to select the Pulsar Extreme as the best machine. Although the Liebert UPStation and Powerware 9125 also deserve honourable mentions. These three also have an excellent range of interface port options as well as clear, easy-to-read manuals.
