    I unfortunately own one of these phones, I have found the Bluetooth hook up with headsets produces lousy audio in both directions, WM5 locks up regularly, ear piece speaker is now gone flakey, it will not charge off a USB port and several other issues. I have now returned the phone to Vodafone for repair which they have advised will take up to 6 weeks.
    Will update when I receive it from the slow repair system.

    The good: 3G side of the phone I loved as I am in a low reception area for GSM in western Sydney. (I blame Vodafone for this) The other functions i am Ok with, as I have a PDA to most of my major work with.

    The bad: Will only charge of the dedicated charger. Have not found a compatible Bluetooth headset. Slow to boot up from turned off. Suffers from Bill Gates deseases.

    Phone is very good. I have never heard of a phone taking 6 weeks to repair. Also how did vodafone know how long their 3rd party repairer was going to take? mental telepathy?

    The good: cheap, easy to use. very pratical

    The bad: little on the plain side
