So...sounds like a decent PDA, but how can you review a phone without reference to how well it makes calls?! Not one mention!
In my experience, telephony seems to be equally forgotten by most WiMo manufacturers, so this would be an important point of difference.
Is this a review or a half-hearted advertorial.

The good: Screen rez seems pretty excellent. Comes with headphones. Nifty touchpad zoom.

The bad: Screen may or may not be readable in various light. Inbuilt speaker may or may not be audible. Does it have a directional button?

having been unfortunate enough to have owned the first diamond - it is sitting in a drawer, even the kids won't use it - so many faults! your review does not mention if all these faults have been fixed - i viewed the diamond 2 and it still has these faults

    The good: looks good

The bad: poor navigation battery still a problem freezes slow
