Been using the phone for a couple of weeks. I'm pretty happy with it - does everything I expected. I primarily purchased this phone for it's wifi connectivity, which has been great.
The good: Keypad is better than the review implies. I found this to be the better than similar pda phones I considered (Dopod, Palm). You'll never be entering in long emails on it, but it's good for quick messages, and especially good for making appointments and notes quickly. I chose to buy this instead of a PDA phone with only touch screen capabilities because I wasn't impressed with the text input for those devices - and I'm quite happy with my decision.
The bad: Windows Mobile 6 isn't very impressive. I hope they provide an upgrade to 6.1. Nontheless, it does the job.
While the M530w isn't the best or fastest Windows Mobile PDA-phone available, it is one of the cheapest. CIOs will rejoice at this viable cut-price alternative to the others sold at twice the price.
RRP: AU$699.00

I have had the M530W for about a month, i find it to be a solid performer. Its clarity during phone calls is great, it uses WM6 and does everything i need of it.
The good: Call clarity, Wireless b/g , bluetooth, decent camera, easy to use.
The bad: Battery life could be better
