when the hash key is used it comes up with the pound sign, there is no hash key and when you use the @ key it comes up as " and the " key comes up as@ the key board is a joke.
The bad: I you plug a speeker system into the USB port there is no connection to the sound.
The Lenovo 3000 N200 is quite a nifty notebook which verges on desktop replacement. Once all the extra useless software has been stripped off, it's a robust and well performing system that is sure to find a home slung to the shoulder of a few office execs.

The build and the hardware spec is good but is let down by all the pre-installed rubbish and Vista. Even if I am not doing anything at all the hard drive and often the fan keep going. This can get really irritating and I wonder what effect the constant use will have on the durability of the hard drive.
After uninstalling all the bundled software and turning off various Vista services it is fairly usable but I wish it had come with XP instead.
I also found the placement of the network port odd. It is at the side, very near the front which makes it look messy when connected.
I will install Ubuntu (dual-boot) on it as soon as all the necessary drivers are available)
The good: Large clear screen (1680*1050) Good price Nice keyboard
The bad: Vista constant hard drive use bundled software
