Hi%uFF01Be the first to review. I am a user of this Machine, I often go outside with it, so i need a hi-capacity battery, I found one sales AUD $105.39 at http://hp-laptop-batteries.com.au/hp-pavilion-dv6-battery.htm, It looks so cheap!

Bought one of these for some graphics and animation and some moderate gaming (COD5 etc) Runs beautiful. Battery power is not too flash, but lets face it, there's plenty of power points around, as well as the option to buy a second battery. Just what I was looking for in a laptop - nice and quick, great onboard video (1GB dedicated), and good storage. I also upgraded my RAM to 4GB, which I'd recommend.

The good: Great Value Speedy Nice Screen Suprisingly light

The bad: Fingerprint Magnet No bluetooth

I bought a 16" HP DV6 for working around home and the 12" DV2 for travel. One of the real attractions for both was the keyboard. They are elegant and easy to use - INDOORS. But they are absolutely useless with their highly reflective screens for use outdoors

    The good: Great keyboards

    The bad: Unusable screens outdoors

The good:
  • Attractive design
  • Decent power for an affordable price
The bad:
  • No Bluetooth
  • Underwhelming battery life
The bottomline:

The dv6 is a gorgeous laptop for quite an affordable price. If you're looking in the 16-inch space, definitely check this one out.
