I would buy this without a single thought if I could get it with the 6-cell battery available in other countries. You cannot even purchase the battery here in Australia. Thanks HP!
The good: Ships with Vista Business, hence you can "downgrade" to XP. Excellent keyboard to size ratio. Look the goods.
The bad: Not available in Australia with 6-cell battery. Battery life is only ~1.5h with 3-cell.
I wouldn't recommend anyone buy a 2133. I loved mine -- which I bought after looking at video reviews like this. It was great, for about six months, Then it just stopped working. A web search of HP forums reveals I am not the only person with this problem, and a bad motherboard is the most likely culprit. Now I am getting crap after sales support from HP. I'd recommend you keep away from this model, new or second-hand.
The good: Full of so much promise, especially given the price tag.
The bad: Bad motherboard, apparently. Poor (non-existent) support from HP, even for a product with warranty.
I'm now onto my third systemboard in under 8 months. It is the most unreliable device I have ever owned
The good: Small and compact
The bad: Overheats and self destructs
Bought it 12 mths ago, motherboard failure within 4 mths. Have to wait for a week for HP to send technician to fix it. The lad can't do anything better than replace the board.
just a few days after warranty expired, my HP2133 mininote went dead again. Only a small blue light at the front and can only toggle between the touchpad light on or off but nothing else. This time I'm on my own.. no warranty anymore and HP can't do anything about it unless i willing to pay.. SUX!!!

I've been watching news about HP 2133 a few days and found a lot of people complaining its VIA processor, I also found that one of the reasons it uses VIA is timing: VIA is available when HP wants its mininote available whereas Atom isn't.
However, many people realized HP keeps delaying its ship date. Thus the reason for using VIA processor becomes meaningless: with the delayed time, why can't HP wait for Atom instead of using VIA and delaying the ship time.
The good: Small, lightweight Keyboard (The above two factors make it ideal for me as I mainly use it for coding and document editing while I carry my laptop everyday between home and uni) Screen size
The bad: VIA processor, for speed and battery
