    Despite what I was told by the Dell kiosk this netbook is so slow it will not run Skype and I-Tunes. The customer service from Dell is nothing short of attrocious. I would recommend NEVER buying a computer from them

    The bad: Speed Customer service is the worse I have ever witnessed in my life
