    this is an amazing machine.
but the shift key is unforgiveable.

u had previously been using a sony TR series which has a similar size screen/keyboard - they managed to give a full size shift key and just narrowed the up/down keys... it was pefect, just like using a full keyboard..

The good: everything - its great, screen/price/keyboard (less shift key). battery... it is all good - but whoever formed the keyboard should be sacked.

The bad: the shift key... this is soo bad, that i would gladly pay in excess of $200 for a replacement keyboard... (which i am seriously trying to see if i can do)... thats alot considering the entire machine only cost $1000
