I bought 2 of these SFF PC's in Dec 2007 and they have presented no problems what so ever.
These units came with 2Gb of RAM (so all slots filled) and a DVD R drive (these did not come with keyboards, mice or screen). I did upgrade the DVD drive to a Pioneer DVR-215 in both machines, and added a 320Gb sata drive for some decent storage. The integrated Intel Graphics seems to perform very well for now however I may need to upgrade one of the machines to a half height dedicated video solution.
The good: Small, Very Quiet running, decent amount of USB and audio ports, a serial port (used here for control to/from UPS) and parallel port. There are 2 PCI slots , a PCI Express x16 slot and one PCI Express x1 slot that aught cover most bases.
The bad: There is only one and that is the smallish 80Gb hard disk with a recovery partition.
