1 I work for Eastman Kodak and had one of these provided as an engineering workstation that this falls short of. But, it makes for a nice business class machine.
The good: Dell's driver and tech support through their website.
The bad: The CD's provided with it lack the directions for restoring the original configuration of the machine as it was received. The memory received with it was average.

As always, Dell excel at providing good quality business workstations with attainable prices.
The good: Excellent performance, solid build quality, good quality peripherals.
The bad: When reinstalling the Windows XP O/S, a change in the BIOS is required to prevent a BSOD error. (Change SATA Performance from AHCI to ATA).
