Gone are the days when a portable CD player meant you had to be carrying a rather large hold-all in order to save space.
The Sony D-EJ01 CD Walkman is as small as it can be without shrinking the size of the disc it plays. The Walkman has a CD-Size Case with lightweight magnesium, is ultra lightweight, less than 7/8 of an inch thin and practically the same size as a CD itself.
The controls of the player are smartly designed around the circular case, but there are more features housed on a watch-sized control unit three quarters of the way up the earphone cable. This unit also offers a backlit remote that shows you the track that is playing.
The CD Player has an exceptionally Long Battery Life (up to 62 Hours with 2 "AA" + supplied 2 NH-14WM Rechargeable Batteries).
Digital Mega Bass Sound System uses digital processing technology to produce rich, deep bass tones with extremely low harmonic distortion.
It has 11 Playback Modes give you many choices in the playing of CDs, including: hear one track over and over, program a selection of tracks in a desired order, hear tracks in random order, Track Loop Repeat which provides seamless access to all tracks, and more 64 Track RMS Programming offers extraordinary ability for you to customise the order in which tracks on a CD are played.

I think this unit is fantastic, not only does it allow multiple choices of programming, but it also allows easy access for full control of the unit on a small remote control device. I give top marks to Sony for this one.
