Overview
It feels like Outlook drew the short straw in the Office XP development cycle. Even so, there are enough subtle usability enhancements to merit an upgrade, although not so many changes that IT departments need to worry about retraining. Users who were hoping for some improvements in working with forms, macros, and other advanced features are out of luck, however.
