    "...almost two-thirds of parents don't have Internet filters..."

    This statement assumes that all parents would want to have internet filters.

    I'd control my child's access to the computer, educate them as to what is appropriate, and supervise their use of the computer.

    Are we going to start limiting our children's use of the public transport system because they might end up travelling to King's Cross?
