looks more like shameless self promotion than an actual news story.

Facebook At WorkFunky J -- 20/08/07 (in reply to #320084667)

I wonder how much of this is actual news, and how much is a swipe at facebook by it's media-owned competitors, like the news.corp owned Myspace...

    Facebook at Work - doesn't add up..SurfControl sceptic -- 20/08/07

Another attempt of self propoganda by SurfControl. Can someone please check their figures, 224k Australian users @ AU$6,200 of which how many are employed and how many are students. These figures don't add up to $5billion..

    Bad assumptionAnonymous -- 23/08/07

Interesting assumption that all time spent on Facebook is time not working and not benefiting the business. As a knowledge manager I'm actually looking at encouraging several of our key people onto facebook to help them collaborate across divisional boundries more. We should teach our employees about the rights and wrongs, but don't assume all social networking time is downtime.
