Apple Store opening on the Gold Coast

Queenslanders will finally have their own Apple store Mecca, with the opening of the first Apple retail store in the state on Saturday, 9 May at the Robina Town Centre.

It will be the fourth Australian retail outlet Apple has opened in Australia in the past year, following the hoopla of the showcase outlet on Sydney's George Street, and the more suburban fare at Sydney's Chatswood Chase and Melbourne's Chadstone shopping centres.

Gold Coast Apple shoppers will be able to access the store's free Wi-Fi and test drive the Mac, iPod and iPhone products on display or take part in the free hands-on workshops on offer.

The Apple Store Robina is located at Unit 4073, Robina Town Centre, Robina Town Centre Drive.
