in brief Microsoft Australia has revealed the business edition of its next operating system, Windows Vista, will cost AU$565.

The software giant also issued local upgrade prices following the release of packaged pricing early last month.

Retail upgrade pricing (RRP) for the several Vista editions will be:

Home Basic Upgrade: AU$199
Home Premium Upgrade Academic: AU$179
Ultimate Upgrade: AU$495
Business Upgrade: AU$379

Vista ultimate edition includes both business and home features of the operating system.
