Sony shakes hands with Yahoo

Sony's North American unit and Yahoo have signed a multi-year agreement to deliver co-branded content and communications tools over the Internet to consumers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sony of America and Yahoo will work together in four areas: development and distribution of a Web site featuring both company's brands; e-commerce; advisory services; and content integration and promotion.
