Internet Travel Group has been appointed by Ericsson to manage the travel requirements for its Australian operations.

The appointment follows a comprehensive tendering process, which took into consideration servicing, operational, technological and financial criteria, the company said.

Internet Travel CEO Scott Blume said that this appointment continued Internet Travel Group's success over the last year in signing major blue chip corporate accounts.

"Our focus is providing our customers and potential customers an integrated travel solution focused on service, technology and savings from best practice travel management," Blume said.

-We are delighted to be working with one of the worlds leading communications and technology companies."
