I'm a stay home mom and yahoo user. Just here last week i recieved a e-mail that i have won a prize and for transffering the prize money they are asking me to give 200,000.00usd. which I can't pay either. As a user too of the net I should inform or check with u . Please keep it seceret and do tell me it is legal or illegal or more details, given below
this is a scam. you should never have to pay for a transfer. do not deal with these people. if it seems too good to be true, it is.

It is difficult for the average person to find whom it is that they need to complain to when they suspect fraudulent activities are going on. For example, I get these emails regarding lottery wins etc and I find them very offensive as I think of all the older people whom are being ripped off as they are very vunerable. I really wish they could be held accountable for sending misleading info. I think any awareness on internet fraud would be great - people need to be completely aware of what the risks are when they log in.
