    "reduced the mortality rate for severely injured soldiers in the field from 65 per cent to 17 per cent."

    That's an amazing statistic. Now imagine this is employed by paramedics or ER doctors treating car crash or building fall victims suffering from internal injury. The potential number of lives saved in the US alone would be massive.
