in brief "Black Friday", the day after Thanksgiving in the United States, is usually marked for excellent shopping deals. Tech deals in particular are usually prolific, and while the world wonders how the American economy can deal with so many mail-in rebates on one day, we're left out of the bargain fun.

Not this year though — for today only, Apple Australia is offering reductions on some of its products ordered directly from its site, including accessories and software.

While some deals are not amazing — like $11 off on 8GB iPod Nanos — if you want a 13-inch MacBook now is the time, with a fantastic $161 off. Similarly, a 20-inch iMac is now $61 cheaper, Office 2008 drops by $45.96, and you can stand to save $66 on JBL's Reference 510 Noise Canceling headphones.

There are more deals available, check out Apple Australia's store now before they end!
