Telstra to introduce 'better' contracts for customers

    Does a Leopard change it's spots. I don't think so!

    Until the internal culture of Tel$tra staff changes to one of providing a real service & not just "We are a monopoly & own the phone system" nothing will change.
    A monopoly run by a bureauacracy, especialally when it has a "Mad Hatter's Tea Party" attitude, never changes! They just keep changing the chairs.
