Telstra steps up war on ACCC Simon -- 15/05/07

Telstra has big tickets on itself, it would now have us believe that only they can build cable runs in this country. And now Telstra threatens to pack-up shop and move offshore. Well goodbye and good ridance! The Govt should simply nationalise the pstn infrastructure with no compensation. Then we'd have real competition .

Well now that Little Johnny has sold the car to fund his spending splurge, guess We'll all just have to walk along the "Superhighway"

OMG! how can this be even allowed ? advertisement urging consumers to go against their only defense against T's monopoly? i think the loss of image, confidence and spending money is slap enough.

F! Telstra and their high prices, inferior services and idiotic ideas

YES CUSTOMERS RALLY TO OUR CAUSE SO THAT WE MAY CHARGE YOU AS MUCH AS WE WANT FOR "BROADBAND" (that is almost ten times as fast dial up)

Telstra has stopped scheduled upgrades Ken Dally -- 16/05/07

Many regional exchanges which according to Telstras own website had been scheduled for upgrade over the last few months are now in limbo. Obivously a ploy by the A@$*holes at Telstra to lay on the pressure.

I imagine that if they get their way all the exchanges will be miraculoulsy converted overnight. But then what else can you expect from American style management. And yes I'm also a shareholder who strongly believes the current management is motivated by pure greed.
