    HUMPHHH ! I'm not convinced anything will change as long as Tel$tra Wholesale and Retail are allowed to fiddle behind the scenes to the detriment of the end user and the ACCC does nothing.

    Technology plays second fiddle to marketing and sales. Broadband is a classic example.

    I wish it weren't so, but Tel$tra's behaviour hasn't changed thruout it's entire history. It was set up as a monopoly and it remains so!
