Telstra not necessarily broadband partner: Rudd

    The last part of this statement is certainly true.

    "My concern is not who you do it with, my concern is getting it done. We have fallen behind because (Prime Minister John) Howard has squandered the opportunities office have given him."

    I have to wonder however, if the first part isn't just another throw away line and so much spin, to gain electoral points?

    Maybe we will find out in 2, or 3, or .....years, given the rate of implementation we've grown to accept from Telstra!
