Telstra appeals tribunal decision

    Simply more of the same from Telstra: "We operate under different business laws to everyone else" Yes they do, and that's the problem.

    Next you'll hear from Telstra claiming that they should be allowed to compete for the NBN Tender while at the same time, advising 'the customer' that they can stick their tender requirements up their proverbial.. buttocks.

    All of this is easily fixed, break-um up.

    The above asinine post does highlight an important point. The strongest argument in support of Telstra's separation boils down to nothing more than "I hate Telstra, so let's hurt it".
