    PacNet;'s bid for AAPT is hot air. PacNet is going through a tough time and failed it's second and third quarter budget numbers and is bleeding cash.

    Other than distracting from the real problems, Barney is seeking to talk up the fortunes of PacNet as they loose customers through their recent closure of technical support in Australia and PacNet continues to be rocked by senior management turnover and departures.
