Siemens have introduced its HiPath 5000 convergence architecture to the Australian and New Zealand markets

Bezuidenhout believes large enterprises will lag behind SMEs in take up, but that call centres will look closely at its product as they drift away from being a traditional call centre and evolve into more dynamic 'Contact Centres' due to the Internet.
