    3CDMA closure Anonymous -- 18/05/06 (in reply to #120134563)

Unfortunately, not all customers of 3CDMA (Orange) are currently living in areas that can be serviced by their 3G network. I know, since I'm one of them.

I rang customer support and was told point-blank that my only option was to go with another carrier. Where I am, that means Telstra - which I was hoping to avoid.

The only good news is that I was told 3CDMA would cancel my account for free when I changed over (despite being less than 18 months into my 2 year contract) due to the closure.
