Hey, lets market the shares to families and then the government can go and build a new faster than light network and market those to families and undermine Netco. I like the idea from Paul Kerin, of the government, buying back telstra, putting in a high speed network using a mix of ADSL, HFC, fibre etc., splitting telstra properly and then selling off the retail side, it all can be achieved at much less cost and no duplication.

Given this governments record on disclosure, it would be a brave family that invests what little they have left after income tax and gst and state taxes and inflated transport costs to throw money at Conroy and Co. Shoes yes, money no.

It's be nice if the government would recognise that there are Australians that are neither "families" nor "mums and dads".

I think "RuddNet" will become "DudNet" after a closer examination of whatever detail is provided, assuming Senator Clueless doesn't make it all confidential too.

    No thanks Anonymous -- 09/04/09

There is no way I will invest in this no hope company.
