He keeps blowing his own trumpet, blames the government for Australians not getting true broadband & blames the ACCC for imposing regulations which are doing the job intended. That is; stopping idiots like you from screwing the public with your monopolistic behavior.
Well tough mate.
We don't need an overseas fool telling us how the government should allow his company to have a monopoly, with nothing but bluster and bombast to support his demands. When that doesn't work, you do a dummy spit & behave like a spoiled child.
It's true the government screwed the entire process, because it was greedy, but that's no excuse to demand they add insult to injury by giving you and you side kicks total control of a National Asset.

Trujillo certainly got the first bit right but Telstra is not the answer to Australia's broadband woes. The Governement blew it when they failed to separate the public infrastructure assett from the T1 sale. It will now be up to the Govt (either side) to try and fix it!
What does make me chuckle is Trujillo playing the environmental card to gain public sympathy. We've been promised tele-commuting for longer than video calls (20 years) and it's still not accepted by the business community as an acceptable alternate to being in the office. Maybe Trujillo can enlighten us on how he will overcome long standing business prejudice against tele-commuting?
