Restrictions placed on former One.Tel executives by the courts have been extended for another three months.

A spokesperson from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) confirmed that it filed an amended statement of claim in the NSW Supreme Court yesterday.

This means that former One.Tel executives Jodee Rich, Bradley Keeling and Mark Silbermann are prevented from transferring assets out of Australia, without first consulting ASIC. Maxine Rich is also subject to this order.

The restrictions stand until June 17.
