"During March 2006, SiteGeneral.com initiated 59 transfers from TPP Internet to IntaServe without obtaining a written request or authorisation from the registrants," .au Domain Administration (auDA) said today in a statement.
"auDA found that the registrants did not receive notice of the transfer because SiteGeneral.com had entered its own contact e-mail address in the registry database instead of the registrant's e-mail address."
The domain regulator instructed registry services provider AusRegistry to reverse the transfers back to TPP Internet.
