Yep. I am going to sue the car manufacturers for making a car too fast next time I get a speeding ticket and the NSW Police Service Inc. (that's right, they are a private company) for obstructing my right to passage.

If bank robbers use the road network to make their escape, can the banking industry sue the RTA (Roads and Traffic Authority) for allowing the getaway to happen? Could they sue the car manufacturers? I guess soon there may be a precedent.
