    AAPT, a company which spent last year trashing it's wholesale business unit, wants to merge with PowerTel, a company who last year made its wholesale ambitions clear by buying into iiNet - that's making a lot of sense ... (sarcasm).

    That would do more damage than good to PowerTel's reputation. Run, don't walk, PowerTel.
