Early this month, it was on the firing line after receiving low rankings on a broadband community Web site survey. Then came the Trojan-infected machines clogging BigPond's network. After initial investigations, ZDNet Australia  reported that the root of BigPond's problems wasn't a massive army of hackers; rather, it was six computers riddled with malware. High-tech crime investigators tackle BigPond assault BigPond, Australia's largest Internet service provider (ISP), has asked the Australian High Tech Crime Centre to investigate recent attacks on its domain name server (DNS) system from Trojan-infested PCs. 19 April 2005
