WA Justice awards CSC AU$40 million contract

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has been awarded a new contract worth AU$40 million with the Department of Justice in Western Australia.

The contract is for total infrastructure management across all the functions within the Department of Justice, including courts, prisons, community justice, director of public prosecutions, state solicitor, parliamentary council, public trustee, family and children's court, equal opportunity and other justice related departments.

The contract also covers help desk support for the department's fleet of over 4,000 PCs and laptops.

CSC has worked with the Department of Justice since 1999 providing IT infrastructure support for the department's more than 150 locations around WA.

The contract runs for three base years with two one-year options.
